Advertising Options

    Advertising through the Central Coast Human Resource Association (CCHRA) is a great way for any company in any industry to promote HR products, services, and HR-related career opportunities! Advertising options include website ads, HR-related job postings, and displaying information at chapter meetings. CCHRA advertisers will:

    • Gain direct access to leading HR professionals and key business decision-makers.
    • Target local people looking for your HR jobs, products, or services.
    • Be able to increase website traffic and potential customers.
    • Receive exposure via your choice of multiple advertising venues.
    • Display your PowerPoint slide during the opening slideshow at membership meeting. Click here for more information.

    Sponsor A Meeting

    Purpose:

    The revenue from sponsorships will be used to help CCHRA continue to keep program costs reasonable for members and guests.

    Silver Level

    $300 plus $25 raffle item from the sponsor.  If the sponsor is a CCHRA member, the rate is $200 plus raffle item.

    Includes:

    • 1 lunch at the program sponsored.
    • 1 table for sponsor to use for advertisements, etc.
    • Sponsor slide included in slideshow that is shown at the beginning of program (normally $20)
    • Sponsor recognized via eblast prior to CCHRA program
    • Sponsor recognized by president at CCHRA program
    • Company invited to post welcome sign or their own advertisement at entrance to CCHRA meeting room.
    • Fliers advertising the Sponsor’s business may be left on each table
    • At this level, there may be other Silver sponsors for the program. (If you wish to be the only sponsor, please see Gold Level below.)
    Gold Level

    $500 plus $25 raffle item from the sponsor.  If the sponsor is a CCHRA member, the rate is $400 plus raffle item.

    Includes:

    • 2 lunches at the program sponsored.
    • 1 table for sponsor to use for advertisements, etc.
    • Sponsor mentioned in CCHRA’s external advertising.
    • Sponsor slide included in slideshow that is shown at the beginning of program (normally $20)
    • Sponsor recognized via eblast prior to CCHRA program
    • Sponsor logo posted on CCHRA website prior to CCHRA program
    • Sponsor given 5 minutes to advertise their organization at CCHRA program they sponsor.
    • Company invited to post welcome sign or their own advertisement at entrance to CCHRA meeting room.
    • Fliers advertising the Sponsor’s business may be left on each table
    • At this level, the sponsoring company will be the only sponsor for the program.

    E-blast Advertising Guidelines (for specific programs)

    Purpose:

    To advertise upcoming programs/seminars/classes/events being offered by CCHRA members.

    Cost: 

    $50 per E-blast

    Requirements:

    • Advertiser must be a CCHRA member
    • Course must offer HRCI credit

    Note will be included on the bottom saying “This is a paid advertisement”

    Maximum of two E-blasts per event.
