     Alison Heller-Ono is the founder, President and CEO of WORKSITE  INTERNATIONAL, INC. since 1993. Ms. Heller-Ono speaks nationally and  internationally on absence and productivity management; workers’  compensation, work injury prevention and management, ergonomics and  the ADA. She is the author of “Your Guide to Developing an Ergonomic  Process” published by CRC Press, a subsidiary of Taylor and Francis and  “Your Guide to Office Ergonomic Furniture and Accessories”, which is self-  published. She has authored over 40 articles including her company  newsletter. Alison has also served as an expert witness in critical ADA and  workers’ compensation cases throughout her career.
