Meeting Advertisement Registration Form

    CCHRA now offers our members the opportunity to advertise your business/service during the networking/lunch portion of the membership meetings.

    During the opening PowerPoint slideshow, your slide will be featured on the screen on a rotating basis with the membership announcements.

    If you would like to have your advertisement run during the membership meeting, please submit your payment in the amount of $20 and your slide.

    Payment can be made by check or credit card (via Paypal). Please be sure to submit your payment and powerpoint slide so that they are received no later than 2:00pm on the Monday before the meeting. Slides will not run if payment has not been received.

    All submitted materials will be reviewed for appropriate content. No modifications will be made to slides without the authorization of the member submitting the slide.  Please make your request below.  You can pay by check or after you submit the form below, you'll have the opportunity to pay by credit card via Paypal.  Please indicate the date of the membership meeting you would like your slide to run.  Please then send your powerpoint slide via email to the Member Resources Director.
